Democratic newspapers lave been protesting against monarchial demonstrations among naval officers. Pr-nce Henry called for “Three cheers for the Kaiser! ’* at the opening of a yacht club and al! the officers cheered enthusiastically. The Miiiister el Defence, Herr Groener, issued a decree to-day ordering all members of <he Reichswehr navy to quit any function at which the exKaiser or any former ruling prince was toasted or any anti-Republican demonstration made.
