The amount involved was £3l. Accused tendered the cheques, aigned “James Gray,” the name of his former employer, since dead, io two hotel licensees and to a shopkeeper, receiving substantial change iu ,acu case. He pleaded guilty and was committed to the {Supreme Court for sentence
