The play opens on the morning of the publication of Lady Adela’s diary, and the lady is besoiged with indignant friends. Mr and Mrs J. Bailey will appear in Alfred Sutro’s clever satirical play, “A Marriage Has been Arranged,” the tale of a millionaire hounded by fond mothers with marriageable daughters until he agrees to "a marriage de convenience.” By special request Mrs Bailey and Mrs Sperring will give the short but delightful musical comedy “Yesterday and To-day.”
