Finsbury’s new housing scheme in Mansell-street, Bentonville, will comprise ninety-five flats costing £83,500, and there is to be accommodation for sixty-four perambulators. The rents will range from 10s to £1 a week, plus rates. The foundation-stone was laid by the Mayor of Finsbury. After allowing for the subsidies from the Government and the London County Council, there will be a loss to be borne by the Borough Council.
