AN INSTALMENT
SIX MILLIONS FROM FRANCE WAR DEBT PAYMENTS. LONDON, Feb. 17. In the House of Commons, Mr Winston Churchill (Chancellor of the Exchequer) informed Mr Philip Snowden that M. Poincare had intimated that in view of the delay in obtaining Parliamentary ratification of the debts agreement, the French Government had decided, without prejudice to ratifica- - tion, to pay Britain £3,0.00,000 on September 15 and £3,000,000 on March 15, 1928.
