SALE AT JOHN COULL’S ROOMS TO-DAY.
John Coull will sell at his sale rooms, Maria Place, to-day (Tuesday), beginning at 1.30 p.m., the whole of M*s Markwick’s house linen, which includes sheets, blankets, quilts and general linen. There will also be sold a well-made counter, large glass show case, other show cases and revolving show stand. Other lines include three good organs, 4 pianos with practically no reserve, a first-class Singer and Rotoscillo sewing machine, both drophead, a Douglas motor bike without reserve, and a complete line of used and new furniture. LARGE ORCHARD AND FARM. Over 2700 fruit trees and 50 acres of grazing land adjacent to a good market (Wanganui) is to be sold by Mr John D. Brechin. See particulars in his advertisement in this issue. Buy now and garner the splendid new season’s crop. KARIOI SHEEP FAIR. In another column in this issue, Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co. advertise their Karioi sheep fair, to be held in the Karioi station sheep yards on Tuesday next, March 1, when about 5000 good young ewes, together with other sheep, will be offered for sale.
