DROWNED IN HARBOUR

MAN LOST FROM LAUNCH (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 21. At the inquest on Charles Clifford Harper, who was lost from a launch in the harbour on February 6, a verdict of accidental drowning was returned. The evidence showed that the body, when found, was not clothed in a heavy military overcoat and gum boats deceased was wearing when he fell overboard, indicating that they were removed in the water.
