ASSAULT ON CONSTABLE. I Per Press Association. ) WELLINGTON, Feb. 21. Air H. J. Salmon, S.M., to-day fined two brothers, Harold William Rowp. hged 24, and Lance Arthur Rowe, aged 22, £5 each for assaulting and resist ing two constables, in default a months’ imprisonment. On other > charges of obstructing and wilfully damaging clothing they were convicted and discharged.
