Dr. Doran, chief Prohibition chem- , Ist, has reported to the Acting Secretarv of the Treasury. Mr. Winstone, . that the Prohibition chemists have de- . veloped a new complex oil compound 1 for injection into industrial alcohol to ; make the liquid undrinkable. , The new concoction will make industrial alcohol so strikingly marked that • it can only be consumed by a deliberate and wilful act. According to Mr. Doran, lawful in- ; dustries are being protected by such a new compound.
