CHAMPIONSHIP AT AUCKLAND KELLS THE WINNER. [Per Press Afisoclatlin) AUCKLAND, Sept. 4. The New Zealand cross country championship resulted: Kells (Auckland) 1, Wilson (Auckland) 2, Savidan (Auckland) 3. There were 18 starters. Auckland easily won the teams championship. with Otago second and Wei lington third. ACROSS COUNTRY LADIES’ HARRIER CLUB SATURDAY AFTERNOON OUTING The Wanganui Ladies’ Harrier Club conducted a run on Saturday, the course being round Tay forth and back vila St. John ’s Hill. Of the five starters Miss Walters won by a yard from Miss Reid, with Miss Fantham third.
