WORLD’S RICHEST RIVER

COMPANY FORMED FOB DREDGING. The Lower Shotovcr River is the onty outlet for a fabulously rich gold-bear-ing district, and is the main source of supply for the Kawarau Basin. For centuries nature, by glacier, flood and erosion, has been converting the bed of this river into a huge natural sluice channel. For countless ages gold has been pouring into it and its bed is believed to be impregnated with gold. Experienced minors of the, district estimate that there are literally tons of gold waiting to be lifted by a modem dredge. Eor the purpose of erecting a powerful, modern, electrical golddredge and working this El Dorado, “The Golden Terrace Extended Gold Dredging Company. Ltd., has been formed. Us operations will be in no way dependent e.n the Kawarau scheme and dividends should be earned as soon as dredging operations commence.

Thirty million pounds worth of gold has already been won in the district—the gold is there. With a modem, efficient dredge there can bo only one result.

Already public applications in excess of the number of shares required to go to allotment have been received, the directors have made the first allotment, and the demand for shares is greater than ever. The Prospectus of the proposed company contains full information of the valuable rights that will bo the property of the company. Estimated earnings of a conservative nature based on actual results, show that from an investor’s point of view, few, if any, propositions show promise of such immediate and substantial proifits, with the prospect of colossal dividI ends from time to time as rich deposits iof gold are located. For copies of the I prospectus call on the Chief Brokers. K. Scott Gandy and Co., H. G. Stringer, District Representative, A.M.P. Build■ings, Wanganui. If out o£ town write* *
