LOITERING FOR BETTING CHARGES AT TOKOMARU BAY [Per Press Association) GISBORNE, lltireh IJ. At the Police Court at Tokomarti Bay, Arthur Owen and Charles Croon were fined £5O each on charges of liotering for purposes of betting at Ruatoria in February of last year, the sentence being suspended pending the Supreme Court decision in other cases.
