FORECAST FOB TO-DAY [Per Press Association] WELLINGTON, March .12. The Government Meteorologist’s forecast is as follows: — Indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale, backing to southerlies, and squally, unsettled weather. Rain probable in all the western districts and following later elsewhere, with colder conditions generally. Barometer falling, but rise everywhere shortly.
