It is only winners that will be re-handlcapped. If the weight of any horse is altered, the revised handicap will be published on Thursday, September 22nd. 6. The winner of any Hurdle Race after Declartion of Weights to carry a penalty of 10 lb. In a hurdle race, and the winner of any Flat Race after declaration of weights to carry 71b.; two or more such races, 101 b. penalty in a fiat race. No penalty will be required in an open race for having won a hack race or races. This does not apply to the Marangai Steeplechase.
