NAVAL DISARMAMENT.
A WORLD AGREEMENT URGED. NEW YORK, Jan. 11. Mr Daniels, testifying before the Naval Committee, said a conference of nations to arrange an agreement for disarmament was advisable. Mr Harding should strive for this. Until the conference secures a-world agreement let there be no cessation of buildihg ships already authorised by Congress. Mr Daniels advised Mr Harding to convene a meeting of all nations to di*, cuss disarmament.
