NAVAL HOLIDAY PROPOSAL.
Received Jan. 12, 7.40 p.m. . WASHINGTON, Jan. 11'. Mr. Daniels (Secretary to the Navy) testifying before the House Naval Committee, declared that a naval holiday between Britain, Japan and the United States would breed suspicion and distrust and would not secure permanent reduction of armaments.
