FOR THE ISSUE OF £70,000 “A” Debenture Stock In sums of £lOO and multiples thereof bearing Interest at £7/B/per centum- free of exchange in New Zealand. Capital of Company, £60,000 DIVIDED INTO 60,000 SHARES OF £1 EACH. PAID UP CAPITAL AT DATE OF ISSUE OF PROSPECTUS £48,011.
