GERMAN REPARATION.
THE GENEVA CONFERENCE. PARIS, Nov. 7. Le Matin says that the Allies’ Repatriation Conference at Geneva to hear reports on Germany’s economic political situation and to estimate her capacity to pay must wait until the plebiscite decides w hether or not the Upper Silesia will belong to Germany, inasmuch as the result will affect her resources There are indications that the plebiscite will be held on a date that will enable the conference to meet in the first half of February. A modification of the demands depends on the result of the plebiscite.
