WANGANUI SHOW.

NOVEMBER 17 AND 18. RECORD ENTRIES RECEIVED. Entries for the Wanganui Agricultural Association’s Show on November 17 and 18 closed on Saturday, and it is gratifying to say that record entries have been received. In the cattle and sheep classes the entries in the aggregate are considerably greater than those of previous years, and a number of breeders who have not previously shown in Wanganui will compete. The Home Industries section, which has always proved a feature of the Show, will be better than ever, competition in the cooking classes and children's classes being particularly good. Side shows, various competitions, and a very attractive programme of ring events should be an additional inducement to the public to attend. Good entries have also been received for the Wanganui Canine Society’s Shjw, whVn will be held in cjnjunct.on with the big show.
