The following circular tebgraefi k has been received from the Minister in connection with file 4e>' cond anniversary of Armistice Day next Thursday:— “His Majesty has commanded that at 11.0 a.m. on Thursday work am) locomotion shall cease for a peril. l ot two minutes in commemoration oi the signing of the Armistice on Xu. vember 11, 1918, so that in perfect stillness the thought of everyone may be concentrated on the reverent remembrance of the glorious dead." At 10.55 a.m. the firebell in Cook's Gardens will be tolled for five minutes. A gun will be fired at 11 a.m.
