:The advisory committee o£ the Returned Soldiers' Association met today. Mr. Long, Auckland said there seemed to be a feeling yesterday that 'jo far as Auckland was concerned there was an attempt at wilful obstruction What the Auckland delegates were concerned about primarily was to prevent getting into a f.Dosition which was responsib'e for Ahe di.'erence between headquarters .and Auckland. They were agreed that the machinery was faulty.
