GARRISON BAND CONCERT AT CASTECLIFF.
, The open-air concert to be given hy the Garrison Band at Oastlecliff this evening promises to prove a most successful function. , The tramway management have arranged a special s,ervice for the occasion, and a very large attendance of the.public is anticipated Ihe programme to be given by the band is, as usual, most attractive and includes an exhibition march, "Harlequin"; overture, " Nil/Desperandum"; selection from "Pinafore" (Moroeau) Les Ooches de.St. Etienne^'; selec- ???•;." Ol. d favourites''; and the idyll 'Meditation." The band will leave the Post Office-at 7-15 per special car, and will giya the concert.near the Kiosk, commenoine at B'o'clock. ■ ■"
