GONVILLE TOWN BOARD.
The Gonville Town Board met last night, when ther,e were present Comrs. Hastings Moore (chairman), Bullock, Hogg, Svenson, Pepper, Pearoe, and Morgan.
The Castlecliff Town Board wrote stating that the Board could obtain a supply of metal at Castlecliff on payment of a royalty of one shilling per yard. • ■" -
It was decided to accept an olfer from Mr. G. W. Mean of several drayloads qf sand at the corner of London Street Extension: and Fitzherbert Avenue, with the object of widening the road.
It was resolved to extend the water service for the benefit of residents in Totara. St. and Fitzherbert Avenue, on the understanding that the price will be Is. 6d. per thousand ..gallons, as •long as a temporary main is in use.
