■WELLINGTON, Feb. 7. Atmospheric pressure has increased everywhere. Strong south-westerly winds have predominated 3 but have decreased in force to-day. Much, cloudiness has been reported, with a scattered rainfall. Present indications are .for moderate to strong [south-westerly winds generally, fair to cloudy weather." The barometer has a rising tendency.
