FEILDING SALE.
Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Palmerston, report having a good yarding of stock at their Feildirig sale- on Friday, the 2nd inst. Practically all lines of sheep were soid, but several pens of oattw failed to reach the vendors' reserves. Quotations: — Sheep: Cull lambs 9s 7d to lls 7d'; small lambs to 13s; mixed lambs in fair condition 16s, 16s Id; mixed 2-tooths 295; 2-th ew.es 29s to 34s 9d; forward ewes. 23s 4d; fat shoi'n Jambs 23s 3d; fat ewes 325; 4- and 5-year ewes* (medium) 255, 28s 4d. Cattle: Weaners £3 2s 6d to £4 16s; dairy cows £6 15s to £10; light fat cows £10 to £11.
