SUPREME COURT.
NEW PLYMOUTH, February 6. At the Supreme Court this morning, Judge Edward 3 presiding, Benjamin. Graham, a diver, was sentenced to three years' hard labour and three years' reformative treatment on a ch-,rge of indecently assaulting a 12----year old girl.
