Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. The Board of Trade inquiry regarding the supply, distribution and price of milk in Wellington, opened to-day. The producer-' representative complained that the price of Htyd. p.er gallon was not; sufficient, and said it was absurd to regard the producers as exploiters of the public, inasmuch a,s when the war started they suggested that theive should Lo. a free milk supply if called for. Suppliers to the towns were under considerable disabilities as compared with factory suppliers, and should get at least a penny a gallon more. Evidence was given by suppliers, and the Board then went into committee.
