WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. At the Supreme Court a verdict of not guilty was returned hi the case of Tim Troy, Maurice Oostella and Joseph William Scott, charged witih a conspiracy to cheat Alfred Crossiey of £52 wliiJe piaying a game of poker. * William Francis OJJrien was sentenced to four years' hard labour for an indecent, assault on a little girl.
