* ——<t> —. MELBOURNE, February 6. The Liberals, after consideration of the Hughes*' coalition proposal, postponed coming to a decision until after a meeting, of the Tudor party on Wed- ■ nesday. ' ■ Senator Lynch has been notified by the West Australian La-jur Federation that unless he renounces Mr Hughes wit&in a month he will be expelled from the party. MELBOURNE, February 6. Mr Poynton is considering a, plan to enable a mother to convert her maternity allowance into a war loan, payment to be d-ferred until the child 'is 21, when the money, with compound interest of five per cent, per annum, will bo paid, the scheme to operate until the end of the war.
