A semi-official source states that the Army and Navy are . shaping their plans to meet war with Siexicos, as Germany's possible ally. Henry Ford offers to build a thousand (?) submarines daily. The Government is to confiscate the German wireless station at Tuckerton. Communication will be continued by American operators.
