RELIEF FOR SUFFERERS,

BRISBANE, February 5
The Minister of Lands has introduced a Bill in the Assembly for the relief of sufferers by the Claremont flood. He proposed to make available land for re-building on higher ground, closer to the railway station, in place of portions, of the town liable to floods.
