LONDON, February 3

A Russian communique says: An explosion followed a fire -which took place at the wharf at Archangel ou January 26th. Various buildings and depots were damaged, while 344 were injured, including three officers and 99 soldiers. It is feared thirty were killed. Everything has now been restored and working as usual.
