ADMIRAL JELLICOE AT WHITEHALL.

Sir John Jellicoe has already assumed his position at Whitehall. Admiral Jackson will be invested with, larger administrative powers at Greenwich, particularly the educational aspect. The changes will obviate the necessity for a secret session. -
