At Douglas on Monday there Avas a good yarding and excellent prices were realised. Mixed yearlings made £5 11s; steer do. £6 4s to £6 17s; 15 to 18----month steers £9 10s; yearling heifers £o 11s to £6 2s; 18-month do. £7 6d to £7 10s; storo cows £7 to £8 os; forward do. £9 12s to £.11 2s; fat cows £12; springing heifers £8 15s to 10 gns; bulls £<j 6s to £7; hoggets 325. ( At Stratford on Tuesday there was a good yarding in the store pens, and considering the advanced stage of the dairying season, a good many springers came forward in the dairy yards. . .Bidding for all classes was very keen, and everything sold at advanced prices. In the dairy yards, springing heifers made £8 10s to £13 10s; heifers at full profit £9 10s; springing cows £9 10s to £16. In the store yards store cows poor made £7 15s to £8 7s 6d; forward ditto £9 os to £11; fat and forward £12 ]5s " bo £ j 3 17s Gd; 12 to 15 months heifers £4 19s to £6 15s; 18-months ditto £6 lbs to £7 7s; yearling steers £6 los; 2-year «mpty heifers £8 ss. Messrs. Palgety and Company, Limited, report having received the following cable advice from London:—"The directors have confirmed a dividend of 4s a chare m«king with interim 8 per cent for 12 mouths ended 30th June; also a bonus of 2 3 per share.
