At Feilding, one the 24th inst., 504 sheep and 455 head of oattle were yarded. Prices were slightly easier than at previous sales, but the' bulk of the stock penned was disposed of at f aauction or after. Prices as follows, were obtained:—Fat cows (plain) £13 7s, light fat heifers £10 7s 6d to £10 17s 6d, forward Shorthorn cows and heifers £14 8s 6d, 3-year Herefam cross heifers (low condition) £11, cow* and calves £11, store cows £9 15s to £10 2s, dairy cows £11 15s to £14, 2-yea-r springing heifers (poor £7 7s 6d . to £9 7s 6d, 2-jear empty heifers £9 1 Is, 20-month ditto £8 10s, yearling to 15-month Shorthorn heifers v£7 to £7 17s, yearling heifers (poor) £3 12s, 15----month steers £8 18s, 20-month ditto (coloured) £9, coloured mixed weaners £2 ss.

iSjt-evens and TJrquharb report oar their Feilding Mart sales on Friday, November 24th, as follows: —Poultry: All lines selling well: Hens 5s 6d to 7s pair, cockerels ss, roosters 4s 9d to 6s, chicks Is 9d to 3s 9d, ducks Bs, golv biers 11s 6d each. Pigs: Big entry; good demand. Weaners 10s (small) m 17s, stores 24s to 40s, porkers 425. Harness ma<re £10 10s. Tanks, w;ir« netting, roofing irori-;-harness, sundries, and furniture at fair prices.
