Received October 15/ 5.5 p.m. AMSTERDAM, October 13. A wireless from Bucharest 'reports that considerable Russian reinforcements are expected, also a French military mission. The Kingis ' assuming personal command of the army. PARIS, October 13. General Berthelot, who heads the mission to Roumania, commanded an army corps on the Somme and prominently collaborated with General Joffre on the Marne. He has considerable reputation as a strategist.
