FAMOUS PLAYERS' "WHITEPEARL."
OPERA HOUSE TO-NIGHT.
In addition to the matinee which will be shown at the Opera House this afternoon there will be one other screening, the linal one. to T nieht, of the Famous Players feature "White Pearl" in which Marie Doro e'everly interprets the cha>'_ peter1 of Nancy, the sea captain's young daughter. "White Pearl" has earned for itself quite a reuptation in Wanganui for its realistic acting and beautiful' scenery, while Marie Doro has created for herself a wider reputation.
'•'White Pearl" apart from the talented jvetiner of the cast, is remarkable for its beautiful scenic settings. The raoon'ight and dawn effects are extremely pretty. There is nob a weak spot in the cast, aid every character is a charactor well worth seeing.
The remaining items on the list are all well chosen, and the whole makes a pleasing evening's entertainment.
