A local firm with a wide connection is that of Hartnell and Company, who, on account of increasing business, have removed to more commodious offices at 90 Ridgway St. This firm, who have clients all along the coast, and north into the Auckland province, are specialising in first-class bush sections, as- may be gathered from a reference to their advertisement appearing en page y. A very fine proposition situated about seven miles from Taumarunui and consisting of 2500 acres—looo acres being freehold and 1000 leasehold, 42 years —is being offered at a tempting price to those who wish to participate in the big profits now being mad© off the land.
