PADDY'S MARKET.

The framework of Paddy's Market was erected on Saturday, and the work o£ completion will be pushed on at top speed. This temporary substantial addition to the Drill Hall will be llOit. long .and 48ft wide.

The secretaries of the various regtments are requested to call on the treasurer, Mr Silk (Fairburn and Silk), between 10 and 12 this morning.

A meeting will be held in the FordeH Town Hall to-night in connection with the Battle of the Bullion, Hill £50,000. Delegates from Wanganui will address the meeting. A large attendance is ■requested.
