ALBANIA'S INTENTIONS.
("Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services.) Received 5.20 p.m., April 10. ATHENS, April 9. Albania does not intend to wage" war against Greece or Epirates, but is determined- to overtake the whole territory assigned to Albania by the Powers and not occupied by the insurgents. Force will probably be necessary. The prospect of England's withdrawal from the European concert is causing dismay.
