Arrangements for the official opening of the new V.M.C.A. building on Thursday afternoon are well in hand. .Mr. E. R. Peacock, of Melbourne, who is to perform the opening ceremony, will he met at the main entrance to the building by the members of the Board of Directors at half-past thr.ee j Mr Alex, Wiseman will present the key, and the building1 having been opened by Mr. Peacock, the assemblage will proceed1 to the meeting in the Association's Hall.
