A MOUNTAINEERING TRAGEDY.

Count Maurice Lilienthal and a young Jndy both experienced: mountaineers, essayed the dangerous ascent of the Hax on Alt. Semmering. When nearing the top. Count Lilienthal wtas seized with cramp in the .arms, and begged the girl to massage him. Despite the fact that they were clinging to almost perpendicular rock, she did so, but was unsuccessful, and Lilienthal suddenly fell nine hundred feet and was shockingly mutilated. His terrified companiian with great difficulty completed the ascent, "~d procurer! assistance.
