WUCHANG STREWN WITH CORPSES.
REBELS GAINING IN STRENGTH. Received October 16, 12.25 a.m. PEKIN, October 15. Yuanshikai has been recalled, and appointed Viceroy of the provinces. Hupo Hunan lias been ordered to Wuchange to re-establish tho Imperial authority of the Manchus. Corpses strew Wuchang. Fifty were found outside one gate. It is estimated that 800 Manchus were killed. Router's correspondent in Wuchang reports that tho rebel army is 20,000 strong, and is recruiting actively. Funds are plentiful.
