It is .sefyii-offieially announced that at tho, ,i;equest of German firms interested in Southern Morocco, and with tho view to safeguarding^the lives and property of Germans and German pro'.teges, that the gunboat Panther, now in Moroccan waters, has been oxxlored to proceed to Agndir. ; Tlio Powers have been notified, and ar>'intimation has been conveyed to the Moroccan Government that tho stop does not imply any unfriendly intention towards Morocco.
