Best bullocks £9 to £9 7s Gd, lighter £8 15s to £8 17s Gd, others £8 7s Gd to £3 IQS (equal to 22s 6d per lOOlb.s). prime heavy weathers 17s 9d to 18s Gd, prime er.ves lGs 3d to IGr Bd, medium ewes 15s 4A light 14s, largo lls 9d to 12s 3d.
Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Mar'ton sale on Tuesday. sth inst. :— , We had a good yarding of shervp, comprised chiefly of good hoggets, which sold readily at an advance on late prices and wo have to report a totil clearance under the hammer in vendors' favour.
A small yarding of cattle sold at late rates. We quote: Ewe hoggets 14s 6d to 14s 9d, wethers 12s 9d, mixed hoggets 11s 9d to 13s Bd, do. medium 10s 2d to 11s, fat wethers 16s 3d, forward do. 12s 7d to 13s Id, fat ewes 13s 6d to 14s Id, forward do. lls 7d, yearling steers 37s Od, yearling heifers 30s to 35.s empty cows £3 7s, fat cows £4 5s (3d, forward bullocks £5 10s.
