CONSTANTINOPLE, May 1.
The following Cabinet has been formed: —Tewfik (Grand Vizier), Ferid Pasha (Minister for Interior), Rifaat Bey (Minister of Finance), Riza Pasha (Minister of Marine). Salibi Pasha (commander of the second army corps) has been appointed to the War Office. The other portfolios are unchanged.
Mohammed attended a sefamik; at Santa Sophia. Six sheep were sacrificed before the Mosque in celebration of the event.' . ' Mohammed wore khaki in compliment to the Salonikan troops.
Several arrested members of the Liberal "Union,, haye been released :. with apologies.
