ADJOURNED INQUEST.
WELLINGTON, March 28. - Tho inquest was resumed on Satur-' day concf-rning the dra'h of Sariiuel Wilson, who died as the result of in- I juries sustained through the collapse of the roof of a building which was being erected for the Gear Meat Company at Petone. William George Sodder, engineer for the Gear Company,. said the braces at both ends of the building Ija3 been removed without his knowledge or instruction. If they, had been left in position they would have prevented tho accident.
George Duncan, draughtsman and ■clerk of works, thought the aec'.dent wa-; duo to the removal of the braces.
Thr> inquest was further adjourned till Tuesday.
