MR KEIR HARDIES OPINION

Mr Keir Hardio, speaking at South Norwood, declared that the Labour Party considered that the colonial offers to assist the navy were an insult to the nrpfltncss and the majesty of the Motror Country, and that there was no foundation for" the miserable scare.
