RULES. All races to be run under the Ne^ Zealand Ruler? of Racing. A hack is a horse which has not, al timo of nomination, won a race of th< value of 80 soys., or races of the col lectivo valuo of 200 soys. Tho winner of any race after declara tion of weights to carry -a penalty oi 71bs, of two or more races lOlbs. All entries to be sealed and addressee to tho Secretary, Rangitikei Racing Club, Bulls, and entrance money to b< enclosed with name of horse, age ai time of entry, name of owner, pedigm and colours of rider.
