Chapman and Bly the v. Wheeler.
Judgment for Applicants. (Per Pbess Association.) Wellington, October 31. Mr Justice Richmond gave judgment to-day in the appeal which was recently heard by him and in which C. L. Wheeler, of Christchurch, maintained that the Kogistrar of Patents had erred in allowing the granting of letters patent to Chapman and Blytho, o£ Wanganui, for a clover seed dressing machine. The appellant .claimed that there had baen a prior publication, that the applicants had fraudulently adopted his idaas, and that no roal invention was disclosed. The Judge held with the Registrar and found for the applicant!) with costs.
